Strength Intervals - Full Body

Full Body Strength intervals uses ladder drills to train the upper & lower half evenly to account for the bigger muscles on the lower half. Ladder drills progressively add one more repetition each time to help balance out using the same weight for upper and lower body exercises. Four blocks of intervals are used to properly "cook" the muscles versus burning them out. Challenge yourself to try heavier weights.
