Lower Body Strength - March 20th, 2024

- Weights
- Towels (Gliders, paper plates or magazines)
Lower Body Strength Circuit Training consists of three different blocks of exercises. Each block has 3 moves that you will complete for 45-60 seconds. with a rest in between. Challenge yourself by using weights that are heavy enough so you feel like your muscles are fatigued by the end of each series of move.
By building lower body strength, it helps to boost your metabolism since the bigger muscles on the lower body will consume more calories, it helps burn more fat, and it helps keep your joints strong.
