WEEK 3 - DAY 2 - REBOOT Challenge
Equipment:
-Weights
in this 40-45 minute workout. Using bodyweight, dumbbells, bands & gliders, this full body workout tones and strengthens using a "30-30-60" format: 30 seconds of a Plyometric move to get the heart rate up, 30 seconds of an Agility move to keep the heart rate up but also challenge the brain and lastly 60 seconds of a strength/compound move to slowly let the heart rate lower while still strengthening the body. This pattern is repeated 3 times through for each circuit.
